Thank you for supporting our shop! Because our products are custom-made using 3D printing technology, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

You contact us within 7 days of delivery

The item is returned in its original condition
Due to the custom nature of 3D printed items, we do not accept returns for:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect size/color selection

Minor surface variations or layer lines (these are normal in 3D printing)
💸 Refunds
Refunds will be issued if:

Your item arrives damaged or defective

Your order is lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier)

We are unable to fulfill your order
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged:

The packaging

We will offer either:

A replacement, or

🚫 Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 6** hours** of purchase

After production has started or items have shipped, cancellations are not possible
📬 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping

Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Slight imperfections, layer lines, or texture differences are normal and not considered defects

Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences and filament batches
