Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting our shop! Because our products are custom-made using 3D printing technology, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is returned in its original condition

Due to the custom nature of 3D printed items, we do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size/color selection

  • Minor surface variations or layer lines (these are normal in 3D printing)


💸 Refunds

Refunds will be issued if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective

  • Your order is lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier)

  • We are unable to fulfill your order

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days


📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 5** days of delivery**

  2. Provide clear photos of:

    • The item

    • The packaging

  3. We will offer either:

    • A replacement, or

    • A **full refund **


🚫 Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 6** hours** of purchase

  • After production has started or items have shipped, cancellations are not possible


📬 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping

  • Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs


⚠️ Important Notes

  • All items are made-to-order using 3D printing technology

  • Slight imperfections, layer lines, or texture differences are normal and not considered defects

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences and filament batches
